Join us at Initiative Brewing The Fortress for a Christmas Tree DIY Charcuterie Workshop! We’ll start with a lesson on meats, cheeses and all things charcuterie. Plus, you’ll get helpful tips on where to find the best ingredients. Then you’ll get to put together your own charcuterie plate to take home (or eat on site). Includes beer ticket.
